Race Team Registration Instructions

Asia Fest adapted a new event registration service this year to manage the race team registration. It now can take online payment. If you are familiar with the previous registration process, this new registration service is slightly different. Please read the instructions below before you start working on your registration. Registration Instruction

Please go to and click the "REGISTER NOW" button to start your registration.

Step 1

Tickets page

Please read through the instructions carefully. On this page, you will select your team type and enter the number of team you need. Currently, we only accept one team registration at a time. For multiple teams, please submit additional registrations.

Please click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page and go to Step 2.

Step 2

Details page

Once you land on Step 2, you will see your Order Summary on the top right of the page. Please make sure you selected the right type of booth that fits your organization.

On this page, you will fill in information regarding your team. The last question on this step is the Payment Method, you have the options to pay with Credit Card or Offline Payment (cash, check, or Zelle).

Please click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page and go to Step 3.

Step 3

Payment/Confirmation page

If you chose "Offline Payment" on Step 2, your registration will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you chose "Credit Card" on Step 2, you will see an updated Order Summary on the top right of the page. You will then enter your credit card information and click "Complete Registration" to complete your payment. Please be aware of that there will be a non-refundable Service Fee added to your total. The Service Fee is charged by the Credit Card processing service.
